Dot Lemon delivers goods within the U.K. mainland only.
Deliveries will need to be signed for to acknowledge receipt.
Orders placed before 1.00 p.m. (Monday – Friday) will be despatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders processed after 1.00 p.m. will be despatched the following working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been processed.
Upon receiving payment we will aim to deliver your product inside the U.K. within 1 – 3 working days. (Please allow 5 working days before contacting us to chase your order.)
Delays can sometimes occur due to events out of our control, e.g. postal strikes, floods, terrorism, security checks and freak weather etc. Should we become aware of such an event, we would contact you immediately by email to explain the situation.
Dot Lemon will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss incurred by late delivery.
In the unlikely event of you not receiving your goods (or notification of an attempted delivery) after 7 working days, we will refund the full payment to you or despatch the goods again, according to your wishes.
Products which are outside of the normal delivery schedule will not be governed by the above. Such products will prominently state the expected delivery timeframe before purchase and we will refund your payment or despatch the goods again 2 working days after this timeframe has expired.
RETURNS
We operate under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. You are entitled to return goods for whatever reason within seven days of receipt.
All products are insured during transit and any damaged or faulty goods can be replaced, refunded or exchanged directly through us.
Should you wish to return an item, please email sales@dotlemon.com stating the order number, as per your invoice, and the reason for returning the item. We will then issue a returns number to include on the package.
